Vape ECIDs and GBIDs are a registration number confirming that a nicotine-containing vape product (including the hardware used to vape them) is legally notified and approved for sale by the MHRA. An approved notification means that the product has complied with the UK regulations, which includes submitting their ingredients list, emissions reports & toxicological dossier to ensure they adhere with the UK's Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR).
ECIDs were issued before 1st Jan 2021, and GBIDs are the same thing but for products notified from Jan 1st 2021. Essentially pre-Brexit and post-Brexit.

This does not taste fruity at all to me only a faint melon flavour, I mostly get plain sweetness but it is not overpoweringly sweet. If you are looking for fruits this is not the one as there are much better ones out there.
