To get started, place a pouch under your top lip, and ensure it comes into contact with your gum. You’ll feel a tingling sensation for around 5 minutes as the pouch begins to work. These are dry nicotine pouches, which means they’ll release nicotine and flavour gradually for up to 60 minutes. Once the pouch has finished, dispose of it in a bin or pop it in the storage compartment on top of the tub.
