The Uwell Caliburn G5 refillable pod kit is a discreet option that’s easy to use and perfect if you’re looking for a customisable vape. Featuring a built-in 1600mAh battery capable of lasting a full day, it can be fully recharged in just 50 minutes. Designed for MTL (Mouth To Lung) and RDTL (Restricted Direct To Lung) vaping, the device has a power range of 5W to 35W. The kit comes complete with three Caliburn GPP pods, each featuring built-in coils in different resistances, so the only thing you need is e-liquid.

Fill the pod and insert it into the G5 device. Smart Mode will detect the pod you’ve chosen and set the best power level, so you can just puff on the mouthpiece to vape. The kit features two power settings, Waves Mode and Storm Mode. Waves Mode provides consistent power and conserves battery, whilst Storm Mode delivers a boost to flavour. You can also change how loose or tight the inhale feels by adjusting the airflow slider on the side of the kit.
The Caliburn GPP pods boast a convenient top-filling design which means you can fill them without removing them from the kit. They feature built-in mesh coils, which heat e-liquid fast, improving flavour. The kit comes with three pods, two 0.6 Ohm pods, which provide an MTL inhale, and 0.4 Ohm pod suitable for RDTL vaping. All three work best when paired with 50% VG e-liquid.
What Pods Can I Use With The Caliburn G5?
The Caliburn G5 is compatible with the following pods:
- Caliburn GPP Pods: 0.4 Ohm (35W), 0.6 Ohm (25W), 0.9 Ohm (15W), and 1.2 Ohm (13W)
- Caliburn G3 Pods: 0.4 Ohm (5-25W), 0.6 Ohm (5-25W), 0.8 Ohm, and 1.0 Ohm (5-10W)

How To Set Up & Use The Uwell Caliburn G5 Kit
Charge Your Caliburn G5
Insert a USB-C cable (sold separately) in the charging port.
Prepare And FIll Caliburn GPP Pod
Peel off the sticker from the base of the pod, then remove the mouthpiece to access the fill-port and fill with 50% VG e-liquid.
Prime Pod
Leave the pod upright for about 10 minutes to give the e-liquid time to soak into the coil, then insert it into the device.
Puff To Vape
Inhale on the mouthpiece and the device will produce a discreet amount of vapour for an MTL inhale.
Adjust Your Vape
Press the button three times to adjust the power level, or four times to access the menu.
Adjust Airflow
Use the slider on the side of the device to control how loose or tight your inhale feels.
Vape ECIDs and GBIDs are a registration number confirming that a nicotine-containing vape product (including the hardware used to vape them) is legally notified and approved for sale by the MHRA. An approved notification means that the product has complied with the UK regulations, which includes submitting their ingredients list, emissions reports & toxicological dossier to ensure they adhere with the UK's Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (TRPR).
ECIDs were issued before 1st Jan 2021, and GBIDs are the same thing but for products notified from Jan 1st 2021. Essentially pre-Brexit and post-Brexit.
